    Yes you can. I know several people who are diabetic and lost weight this way. They followed the diet and counted their carbs and did just fine.

    Yes they definitely CAN. I have diabetes and I’m trying to lose weight the right way and I know it can be done. With input from a doctor and the help and support of a diabetic group you can lose the weight.
