how do I find a mail site where I can ask questions (or is this only for the diabetes group?)?
I only have that diabetes group for my yahoo emails so I occasionally get offline emails on it and answer them from there.

Try typing diabetic groups .com and see what you come up with and let me know. I am also a diabetic.
there is a msn group i am a member of called the insulin junkies theyre a really nice bunch of people worth a chat.!
