Nutritional benefits of a food from a Chinese/Asian restaurants

October 19th, 2009 | Author:

What nutrition (if any) is found in a plate of General Chicken w/ fried rice from a Chinese/Asian restaurant?

I’m curious because I like this dish, but I’m guessing it isn’t full of anything but simple carbs, and fats?
