Some people have food allergies (probably most people if they knew it) or "sensitivities", also chemical/environmental. Sugar is made from corn, also from beets. If one messes you up, try the other. When I was treated for food allergy, I was to put "food drops" under my tongue and, of the things I was allergic to, to eat all I wanted of a food at one meal, then not again for 5 days, so there would be two sides to the war of fighting the allergy. Then I learned to give myself allergy shots in the thigh - not easy! I did a Yahoo search for Theron Randolph who wrote books about food allergies when most doctors didn't believe there was such a thing, and there is a lot on him. Thanks for your questions, because I'd really like to know what the thinking is about this problem now. See, I believe everyone should be tested for allergy, and there would be a whole lot fewer people in mental hospitals and prisons if they know what was causing the problems!
