DeWayne McCulley is a Pennsylvania State graduate, and worked as an engineer for Xerox, Hughes Aircraft, and Westinghouse. He worked for the American Diabetes Association (ADA), faciliating diabetic support groups for over 3 years and participating in many health fair events. He was also a volunteer for the Urban League as a math tutor for more than 20 years, and was a member of the Eta Kappa Nu engineering honor society at Penn State.
