How can I reduce my Fasting blood sugar from 140-160mg/dl to 80/115mg/dl .I am 53 years old diabetes type 2.?

I am on drug 3 metformin 500 mg per day and 1 Glybenglimide in the mornning . Should I increase my drug? What do you suggest ?At the time being I have no access to Doctors. Thanks

How do I keep from getting type 2 diabetes?

I found out that my dad has been diagnosed as having pre-diabetes. I was told that I may have some of the symptoms that may indicate the same thing. For instance, I get shaky and irritable if I haven’t eaten in a long while. How can I modify my diet so that I won’t get diabetes and have to be on insulin all the rest of my life?

How to handle side effects of insulin hormone from diabetes?

I was put on insulin and it had a major side effect of putting extra weight on me. I was about 230#’s and losing weight (5″ 11″) just fine and then the insulin put 85 pounds on me and I can’t seem to get it OFF….I also worked my way off the insulin 18 months ago and I still can’t seem to lose weight.
