I Just want to know just incase next time I go to the doctors I get my blood results and if they tell me news I don’t wanna hear. Oh and by the way if you do have type 2 diabetes do you or don’t you need insulin ? I am thinking you don’t but i am not fully sure .

Diabetes meter (20 questions)?
My doctor told me to go and buy a meter to check my sugar levels because they were high when I went in. What brand is the best? Please, I’m not rich, and I can’t exactly afford some $50 meter. Are the meters quick or do I have to set them up for like an hour? Oh, and do they come with that thing you poke your finger with?
Yeah and I’m only 17 and I was just thinking about going like to Walgreens or Wal-Mart. But my doctor didn’t write me a prescription, either.
