I have acanthosis nigricans (a mild case), but i’m also overweight can someone suggest a diet plan?

i’ve done some research on acathosis nigricans and it has been stated that it most likely occurs due to insulin resitance which could be a symptom of pre-diabetes. I would like to change my diet in order to control blood glucose levels. Can someone please help me out with a new diet plan that would take into consideration blood glucose levels?
