i’ve done some research on acathosis nigricans and it has been stated that it most likely occurs due to insulin resitance which could be a symptom of pre-diabetes. I would like to change my diet in order to control blood glucose levels. Can someone please help me out with a new diet plan that would take into consideration blood glucose levels?

I have Type 2 Diabetes, which is under control. I do not have any other health problems. Would it be possible for me to join the military? Thank you for your assistance.

I have type 2 diabetes and have very good control of my blood glucose. I need to lose some weight, and would like to know if something like slimquick would help or hurt.

I recently found out that my mother has type 2 diabetes. Its something that runs in our family plus she’s over weight and is obviously in the process of losing. Still, I like to be told straight up the dangers or what may happen with things. So be honest.

If someone had diabetes and were unable to get to their own insulin and (unwisely) took someone else’s medication, what would happen if a) the dose was too strong b) the dose was too little?

P.S. this is research for a fictional story and hasn’t actually happened!

Does anyone know what foods to avoid if you suspect someone has Type 2 Diabetes? Also, what foods to definitely consume that will help with the weight loss/whatever else is needed?

I’ve been a diabetic for approx 2 years now and I’m taking insulin four time a day. My sugar reading are still high and I think it has to do with my diet. I need some good diet plans. Thanks

I am waiting for my second round of blood work to come back with the results as to whether or not i have gestational diabetes. My OB said she is pretty sure it will come back positive so while im waiting for the final results i want to make sure im not ingesting to many carbs. What is the suggested intake of carbs for someone with gestational diabetes and/or Type 2 diabetes?
