I have type 2 diabetes. after i eat my numbers will run around 180 or worse, never over 230.
I am not a good diabetic as i have no will power and pretty much eat what i want.
I know I am in trouble and i have struggled with this for about 3 yrs.
i am overweight and can lose the weight
i’m wondering if i would have better numbers and be healthier if i was on insulin rather than oral meds?
