Is urine sugar always a sign of diabetes or insulin resistance?
Can it ever be a temporary thing caused by stress or does it always indicate something worse? What if blood sugar tests are normal except for the GTT?

Does it matter if you have diabetes when taking a urine drug test?
My mom wants to drug test me to make sure I quit smoking which I was suppose to I am slowly trying to quit by reducing smoking from every day to once in a while but i need to give her a urine sample but I know I will come out dirty so my friend said he would replace my urine with his but he has diabetes my question is if it would matter in the test?
