I have had insulin dependent diabetes for 32 years. What are the links with liver disease?

I have already been diagnosed with gastroparesis, and have been taking prilosec, or previced for years. I don’t feel good. I am worried that it is either my kidneys, or my liver. I am going to the doctor on Mon. But it wouldn’t hurt to know more.

How can I reduce my Fasting blood sugar from 140-160mg/dl to 80/115mg/dl .I am 53 years old diabetes type 2.?

I am on drug 3 metformin 500 mg per day and 1 Glybenglimide in the mornning . Should I increase my drug? What do you suggest ?At the time being I have no access to Doctors. Thanks

If you’ve had type 2 diabetes for years and start on insulin shots will it increase appetite and weight gain?

My mom has recently had surgery and they put her on insulin shots to control blood sugars. Since then her appetite has increased and she is gaining weight. She was already overweight. Is the insulin causing the weight gain? Her activity level is about the same.

this is really coming between us. we have a great relationship, but I dont know how to deal with a person with diabetes. what should I expect? how will this affect us as a couple?

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 2 year’s ago and I am 28 now, is it possible?

I was abt 75-80 kg when I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 before approximately 2 years. I have also had protein secretion in my urine detected recently. Is it possible that the kidney starts deteriorating so early? I have a family history of both diabetes and kidney disorder. Is it possible that if I loose some weight things will be back to normal? please help. what should I be doing or not doing in order to get things back to normal ?
