eat pure protein like fish and piece of meat and some fruit and cut out grains like bread, pasta, doughnuts etc..

I’ve known for decades that most doctors only treat “symptoms”. Imagine; if everyone was “healthy”, Big Pharma and the medical community would lose BILLIONS of dollars. It’s not in their best interests to make you well!
