the similarities are much easier to explain.

    1. they are both Carbohydrate challange to people.
2 the symptoms are the same. http://www.diabetes.org

The differences in the beginning of each of these diseases is one is instantly insulin injections for the rest of that person’s life. two is maybe controlled with diet and exercises, then oral meds then oral meds and insulin injections.

Both must watch the amounts of carbohydrate foods they eat and drink.

Type l diabetes is when your body doesn’t make insulin.
Type ll diabetes, your body makes insulin but either doesn’t make enough for the sugar in your body, or your body doesn’t use insulin properly.

You can have any of the following symptoms or all of them:

    nausea
    headache
    fatigue
    shaky
    nervousness
    sweaty
    increased thirst
    increase or loss of weight
    increased urination
    dizzy or lightheaded
    flushed

well type 2 is caused by lack of exercise, eating too much sweet/fatty foods and from being overweight. they only have to do finger-pricks but sometimes you might have to have an injection or tablets as well.. and it is cure able if you look after yourself properly.. type 2 usually occurs in adults

and i have type 1 diabetes,

and its when the pancreas (it helps in the digestion of food) doesn’t produce insulin, which breaks down sugar and turns it into energy.. so diabetics have to inject themselves daily with a needle which has insulin in it, sometimes diabetics can have too much or not enough sugar in their body. type 1 usually occurs in children.. type 1 is a life time disease..
